Housing Support Worker

Permanent Part-Time Position

Mental Health & Justice: Housing Support Services is seeking a Housing Support Worker to provide housing support to individuals with serious mental illness who are in conflict with the law and living in the community. Support and instruction will be provided to individuals as needed to facilitate learning of the activities of daily living to prevent future involvement with the criminal justice system and assist with the securing of appropriate housing within the community.

 Candidates must have a university degree/ college diploma in social work or social service worker with experience in the mental health field and/or addictions and housing. Candidates must be registered or eligible for registration in a professional college or association. This position requires a valid driverís license and access to a vehicle. French speaking is an asset. Please quote competition #MHJO216
