MENTAL HEALTH FOR LIFE

Mental health means striking a balance in all aspects of your life: social, physical, spiritual, financial, and mental well-being. Reaching a balance is a learning process. At times, you may tip the balance too much in one direction and have to find your footing again. Your personal balance will be unique, and your challenge will be to stay mentally healthy by keeping that balance.

Mission Statement of CMHA Hamilton:  Assist and encourage consumers to achieve and maintain their optimum level of functioning in the community within the framework of self-determination.

CMHA  HAMILTON BRANCH CMHA ONTARIO

The CMHA is dedicated to the promotion of the mental health of all people, and ensuring the provision of the best possible services for people with mental health problems.
